Reservation Guarantee:
All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full advance payment.
Payments can be made by bank transfers or by credit card authorizations. Bank details and/or credit card authorization forms will be sent upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
NO cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is cancelled 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 to 15 days of the date of arrival, one night’s accommodation fee will be charged.
If the reservation is cancelled within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of arrival, the full amount for the accommodation concerned will be charged.
