All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full advance payment
Payments can be made by bank transfers or by credit card authorizations. Bank details and/or credit card authorization forms will be sent upon confirmation
Cancellation Policy
NO cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to the date of arrival (16th Oct-20th Dec' 11, 11th Jan-31st Jan'12 & 01st Mar-31st Mar'12).
If the reservation is canceled within 15 to 07 days of the date of arrival, one night’s applicable tariff will be levied as retention charges.
If the reservation is canceled within 07 days of the date of arrival, the entire applicable tariff will be levied as retention charges.
